We are looking for an Experienced Property Manager to oversee a large and varied portfolio of residential properties throughout London and Hertfordhsire. You will be responsible for theend-to-end management of tenancies, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant with current legislation, and that bothlandlords and tenants receive an outstanding level of service. Youll be joining a professional and supportive team to help you manage the portfolio effectively. Our office is based in the heart of Borehamwood, a stones throw away from the High Street and Train Station. We have a fully secured car park and cafe on site. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of properties. Overseeing all aspects of Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) management, as well as Non AST. Serving Section 21, 13, 8 and 42 Notices when required. Managing rent arrears and implementing recovery strategies.
