OTE: £50k - £60k

Executive Search Consultant – US Market

This isn’t typical recruitment. You’ll be working on retained executive search assignments, identifying, engaging, and placing senior leaders and C‑Suite professionals across high‑growth sectors including construction, engineering, tech and more in the USA.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead full‑cycle executive search projects for clients across North America
• Source, engage and build relationships with senior decision‑makers
• Advise clients on talent mapping, market insights and strategic hiring needs
• Work with a high‑performing team to deliver impactful leadership placements that shape organisations

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong recruitment, sales, or business development experience
• A consultative approach and commercial mindset
