The Role

This is a 360 recruitment role suited to someone who already understands how to build and run a successful desk.

You will be responsible for:

Growing and managing your own temp and/or perm desk

Winning new business and developing long-term client relationships

Placing high-quality candidates into Industrial and Driving roles

Managing and growing accounts to maximise revenue

Maintaining strong candidate pipelines and delivery levels

Consistently hitting and exceeding billing targets

You’ll be given the autonomy to run your desk your way, with full support behind you.
