Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Ability to work a 24/7/365 job Previous experience in cleaning/restoration High school diploma/GED IICRC certifications ; Xactimate experience is a PLUS! Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50-100 pounds regularly Comfort working in various environments (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Travel flexibility, including local and out-of-state trips when necessary Successful completion of a background check
