We work with a diverse range of clients, delivering high-quality signage, vinyl graphics, event installations, and more. We're currently expanding our team and are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Sign & Graphics Installer.

The Role
Were seeking an experienced and detail-oriented installer to join our Mitcham-based team. Youll play a key role in installing a wide variety of signs and graphics to a professional standard, often working on-site with tight deadlines. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical mindset and hands-on experience in signage and graphic installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install a range of signs, graphics, and vinyl to a high standard
• Follow job briefs accurately and deliver work on schedule
• Manage your own workload and daily route planning
• Prepare and maintain necessary tools and equipment
• Conduct on-site installations, rebrands, de-rigs, and maintenance
• Maintain a tidy workspace and provide job completion feedback (including photos)
• Work flexibly, including out-of-hours and weekend projects as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Essential Skills & Experience

• 4 years of relevant experience in signage & graphics installation
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow briefs
• Strong understanding of signage production processes and materials
• Comfortable with manual handling and working at heights
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Technical mindset with a hands-on approach

Desirable Certifications

• CSCS
• IPAF
• PASMA

Additional Experience (Preferred)

• Digital signage installation
• Shopfitting & retail POS implementation
• Rebranding & merchandising
• Event & exhibition setups
• Space audits & site surveys
• Signage project management
• Maintenance and de-rigging
