What you'll do This is a fast‑paced role where you'll design and deliver unforgettable ticket and prize experiences. You'll be highly organised, able to manage complexities and work with a focus on driving engagement across sport, film and entertainment.
Deliver standout promotions, owning development and execution, securing and creating experiences for customers year‑round in collaboration with internal and external partners. Manage partnerships, building high‑impact collaborations with leading brands, negotiating and delivering promotions that meet stakeholder objectives. Plan Sky VIP experiences, owning the full life‑cycle from opportunity scoping and proposition development to customer journey design, commercial negotiation and flawless execution. Provide strategic planning support, applying a commercial mindset and analytical approach to use data and insights for future planning. Manage budget and commercial tracking, support month‑end finance processes and contribute to overall budget reporting and insight communication.
What you'll bring
Experience creating and managing partnerships and activations with a proven ability to deliver high‑impact customer experiences. Experience creating customer‑facing promotions, ideating and executing with brands, and using value exchanges to secure partnership activity. Strong planning and project management skills, balancing strategic short‑ and long‑term cycles in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrated end‑to‑end promotions management, with quality control and briefing to execution. Expertise building cross‑functional relationships, excellent communication skills and storytelling ability up to Director and HoD level. Confidence using insights and analytics to inform strategy, optimise performance, manage budgets, track complex spend and report results accurately.
