Train to Fit employs, trains and deploys talented and motivated individuals into long-term roles supporting a major international engineering organisation working on UK defence programmes. You will be trained by industry experts while representing Experis on a leading defence engineering account, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the client's workforce at the end of the programme. Day to Day Responsibilities will include: Conducting Logistic Support Analysis Develop Integrated Supply Support solutions Liaising with Inventory Management Produce and review Technical Documentation Development of Maintenance Planning Identification of Support and Test Equipment Identify suitable Packaging Handling Storage and Transportation Conduct and manage Disposal Management of Obsolescence To fit the minimum criteria to apply, applicants must possess the following attributes: Basic knowledge of STEM principles via a Degree or operational experience in relevant Science or Engineering related discipline or industry, including HM Forces.
