We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find senior equity research professionals who can help train their latest language model on high-level equity analysis and research direction tasks. We're looking for Senior Analysts and Research Directors with significant experience at top investment banks who have not only produced research themselves but have overseen and quality-controlled the work of others. You know what separates a technically correct piece of research from a genuinely insightful one, you have a strong view on what good looks like across different sectors and output types, and you can articulate that judgment clearly and precisely. You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across senior equity research workflows: initiating coverage reports, deep-dive sector analysis, cross-company valuation frameworks, investment thesis development, and editorial review of research outputs. Compensation: $150/hour Commitment: Flexible, 5 to 20 hours per week (up to $3,000/week) Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule Qualifications:

Senior Analyst, Director of Research, or equivalent at a top investment bank or research boutique Significant experience both producing and overseeing equity research across a sector or multiple sectors Strong written communication and ability to evaluate research outputs for analytical rigour and investment relevance
