If you enjoy problem solving, coordinating moving parts and working in a fast paced environment, this could be the best move for you.As an Export Clerk, your role is to ensure their European Export operations run smoothly, efficiently and in line with both customer expectations and network standards.Day to day, your role will include:Processing delivery notes and collection orders for both part and full loadsPlanning and dispatching trunk vehicles and export trailersRouting consignments to maximise trailer utilisation and operational efficiencyPrepare customs envelopes and support export documentation complianceCarry out dangerous goods compatibility checks to ensure safe transportSupporting related administration, including Government Gateway entriesAssist customers and colleagues with customs requirements and resolving export issuesWorking closely with teams across customer service, warehouse, transport, customs and sales both locally and across the European branches.Youll be right at the heart of operations, ensuring shipments are correctly planned, documented and dispatched on time.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail driven work, can juggle multiple tasks at once and stays calm and focused when the pace picks up.Experience required for this role:Experience in European road freight or export operationsStrong knowledge of European geography and routingExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsA high level of accuracy and attention to detailGood IT skills and confidence working with logistics systems and standard applicationsCustoms knowledge (a bonus, but not essential)JBRP1_UKTJ
