Export Freight Coordinator - Tilbury - Up to £35,000 We are seeking an experienced Exports Logistics Executive to manage export operations across airfreight and seafreight. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, completing export and customs documentation, and liaising with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure shipments are handled accurately, compliantly, and on time. Job type: Permanent Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 - Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with customers, hauliers, carriers, and overseas agents Arrange bookings with shipping lines and air carriers Coordinate collections, ensuring vessel and flight deadlines are met Complete customs entries accurately and in line with regulations Prepare export documentation and cargo manifests Liaise with warehouses to confirm screening and check-weighing have been completed Finalise and verify all export documentation Monitor shipments to ensure vessels and flights are met Raise invoices and issue pre-alerts to overseas agents Follow up post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities
