Export Gateway/Consol Coordinator or Air Exports

We are working with a medium sized freight forwarder who are looking to recruit a Gateway Coordinator.
Working with the Gateway team, as Gateway Coordinator for Air Exports so our client is looking for air exports or air export gateway/console experience as required for the role.
Role Involves/ experience Liaising with branch offices. Air Export or air gateway /console experience Resolving issues. Airline Bookings. Completing AWB’s and customs entries. Good Customs knowledge. Experience of working within Consols an advantage. Previous experience of working with a Freight Forwarder required for the role. Experience of Airline transport advantage. Good IT skills including Excel. Good customer service with clients and internal staff. Experience of HMRC/IATA and CAA regulations.
Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm however once trained will be required to cover 1-3 weeks Saturday shift. Salary depends on experience.
