Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description. - Prepare customer quotations ensuring customers have all details required and following up where needed - Ensure records are maintained and recorded accurately - Be responsible for processing all orders ensuring high attention to detail - Coordinate export inbox communications - Liaise with internal teams following up on lead time and stock - Ensure customer enquiries are handled efficiently - Handle invoicing, credit notes, transfer orders as well as freight and shipments - Reporting as needed The candidate: - Export sales or customer service experience - German language skills a plus but not a requirement - Excellent communication skills prioritising customer support - Positive, proactive and able to work as part of a team - IT literate The salary: Competitive French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
