Aligra is recruiting for a Day Shift Operations role within a busy export team in Colnbrook. About the Role: Reporting to the Export Manager, you’ll be a vital part of the export operation, handling time-sensitive shipments such as AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and other urgent cargo. You’ll arrange export shipments by air and road based on customer requests, prepare and collate export documentation, and manage customs formalities. Your role will involve liaising with airlines, coordinating transport, and providing detailed shipment reporting. Key responsibilities include: Managing AOG and other priority shipments Preparing Air Waybills (AWBs) accurately and ensuring correct rating per IATA and airline regulations Handling customs documentation including IPR, OPR, and export licence entries Sending pre-alerts and post-flight updates to customers Preparing quotations and assisting with crosstrade movements Ensuring compliance with security and operational procedures What We’re Looking For:
