Job Summary JBCS Kent are currently seeking an additional Exterior Cleaning Operative, to join the team and assist with our residential customers. This role requires a certain level of common sense, motivated attitude and a friendly personality.You will mainly be responsible for Window cleaning, but also flexible to assist elsewhere if needed, e.g our roof cleans/gutter clearances with vac system/pressure washing/exterior soft washing etc.This person should be looking for a long term position, to be part of a growing team, and be confident to take advantage of the provided bonuses including:-Commission on any upselling-Private work for friends & family -Overtime paid-Weekend work-Any tips going to the operative -Free private healthcare -Free gym membership ResponsibilitiesDeliver high quality cleaning by paying attention to detail and ensuring every job is completed to a high standard, in good time.Maintain positive relationships with customers by being respectful, reliable, and communicating clearly during & between each visit.Identify opportunities to upsell additional services when appropriate, such as conservatory roofs, gutter clearing or any of our other services, without being pushy. Not essential to the role, but training will be provided to those who are open to upselling.Represent the company in a friendly, professional manner, creating a positive experience that encourages repeat business and recommendations.Use common sense and independent thinking to solve problems on site, manage time effectively, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.RequirementsValid UK driving licencePrevious experience in exterior cleaning or related roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.Normal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Confidence to work at height when necessary either on flat roofs, scaffolding, mobile towers or ladders.
