Due to continued progress on site and a strong forward pipeline, they are now looking to appoint an experienced External Site Manager to join the project on a long-term basis.\n\nThis is a key role on a flagship development, offering job security, longevity, and progression within a stable and growing business.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs External Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for all external works packages, working closely with the Project Manager and managing a team of two Assistant Site Managers.\n\nYou will be site-based and instrumental in driving quality, programme, and safety across the externals scope of the project.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Overall management of all external works including façades, brickwork, cladding, roofing, balconies, and external landscaping interfaces\n\n * \n\n Day-to-day management and mentoring of 2 Assistant Site Managers\n\n * \n\n Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics\n\n * \n\n Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required high-quality standard\n\n * \n\n Working closely with the Project Manager to report progress, risks, and programme updates\n\n * \n\n Maintaining strong site health & safety standards at all times\n\n * \n\n Snagging, quality control, and handover of external elements\n\nAbout You\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as an External Site Manager (or Senior Site Manager with strong externals background) on RC frame residential schemes\n\n * \n\n Experience working on high-end or design-led residential projects\n\n * \n\n Confident managing multiple subcontract packages and site teams\n\n * \n\n Strong communication and leadership skills\n\n * \n\n SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified\n\n * \n\n Able to commit to a long-term role on a major project\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n £70,000 package (salary + benefits)\n\n * \n\n Long-term role on a major, high-quality residential scheme\n\n * \n\n Stable developer with a strong pipeline of future work\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to progress on to future projects within the business\n\nIf you’re an experienced External Site Manager looking for a secure, long-term opportunity on a prestigious residential development, we’d like to hear from you.\n\nApply now or contact us for a confidential discussion
