We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Extra Care Manager to lead our Extra Care service at Corbetts Wat in Thame. This is a rewarding leadership role for someone committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operation of the Extra Care service
Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated care team
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
Monitor care quality, staffing, and service delivery
Participate in on-call duties , shared across sites
Requires CQC Registration
About You
Experience in a care management role (Extra Care, Supported Living, or similar)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and decision-making ability
Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards within health and social care
A professional, caring, and values-driven approach
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Overtime available
On-call duties (shared across sites)
