We are currently recruiting Support Workers/Care Assistants to join our friendly and dedicated team at Gore Grange in New Milton. As a Support Worker within our Extra Care Scheme, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own self-contained apartments. Your role will help people maintain independence, dignity, and choice while promoting wellbeing and community engagement.
