Join a Leading Manufacturing Team as an Extrusion Team Leader

Our client is searching for for a hands-on, people-focused Extrusion Team Leader to coordinate and lead a busy production team.

This role is 4 days on 4 days off (weekends included)

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate a shift team within the extrusion department

* Monitor production performance, safety, and quality against KPIs

* Act as the main point of contact during shift operations

* Root cause analysis

* Upskilling team members by identifying training needs

* Maintain accurate and timely completion of all production documentation

* Ensure a safe working environment through regular risk assessments

* Support continuous improvement initiatives

Our client is looking for:-

* Proven ability to lead and motivate production teams within a manufacturing environment

* Strong working knowledge of extrusion or similar production processes

* Experience in CI

* 3-5 years experience in a similar role
