EYFS / KS1 Teacher - Maternity Cover - September Start

SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a high-performing primary school in Southwark to recruit an experienced EYFS or KS1 teacher for a maternity cover position starting in September.

The leadership team is supportive yet ambitious, and they are seeking a teacher who can maintain and build on the school's strong outcomes.

The Role:

Full-time maternity cover within EYFS or Key Stage 1 (year group dependent on experience)
Planning and delivering consistently high-quality lessons
Upholding high expectations for behaviour, presentation, and attainment
Using assessment effectively to drive pupil progress
Contributing positively to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have proven experience teaching in EYFS or KS1
Demonstrate strong classroom practice and a track record of good or outstanding teaching
Have high expectations and a commitment to maintaining standards
Be confident, organised, and adaptable
Be able to hit the ground running in a well-established settingPlease note: Unfortunately this role is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
