Start Date: September 2026 Full-time, Permanent MPS/UPS + TLR (Inner London) About the Opportunity A well-regarded and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is working in partnership with a specialist education recruitment agency to appoint an outstanding EYFS Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years teacher ready to step into leadership, or an established EYFS Lead seeking a new challenge in a supportive and ambitious school environment. The Role As EYFS Lead, you will take responsibility for leading Nursery and Reception, driving high standards of teaching and learning, and ensuring excellent outcomes for all pupils. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing the EYFS curriculum and provision Monitoring teaching, learning and assessment across the phase Coaching and mentoring EYFS staff Creating a nurturing, engaging and language-rich environment Contributing to whole-school improvement as part of the wider leadership team

The Ideal Candidate We are seeking a candidate who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has significant experience teaching within EYFS Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development Has experience of leading or supporting colleagues to improve practice Is passionate about early education and achieving the best outcomes for children Can inspire, motivate and lead a team effectively
