What you will need:

* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with experience or newly qualified

* Recent experience teaching in EYFS (Nursery or Reception), or a strong KS1 Teacher with a desire to gain experience in Early Years

* Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and ability to deliver play-based, child-led learning

* Strong behaviour and classroom management with a positive, nurturing approach

* Creativity and enthusiasm to engage young learners and support their developmental milestones

* Excellent communication skills and a caring, approachable manner
