Exciting Opportunity: EYFS SEN Teacher - Solihull\n5 Days per Week\nJanuary 2026\n\nAre you a dedicated EYFS Teacher with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Aspire People are recruiting for an experienced EYFS SEN Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Solihull, starting January 2026.\n\nAbout the Role:\nIn this full-time role, you'll provide tailored support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage who have SEN needs. You'll create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive.
You'll work closely with a collaborative team of staff to create and deliver engaging activities, helping children build key skills and reach their potential.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPlan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to support EYFS children with SEN\n\nDevelop and implement individualised learning plans (ILPs) to meet the unique needs of each child\n\nFoster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported\n\nCollaborate with parents, SENCO, and external agencies to provide the best outcomes for children\n\nTrack and assess progress to ensure children are supported in their development\n\nSupport children's emotional and social well-being alongside their academic progress\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS)\n\nExperience teaching EYFS, with a strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions\n\nA passion for early years education and supporting children with additional needs\n\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\n\nPatient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching\n\nA commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment\n\nWhy Aspire People?\n\nCompetitive salary and pay rates\n\nOngoing professional development and training\n\nSupportive consultants who are invested in your career\n\nOpportunities for career progression and growth\n\nIf you're ready to make a real difference and provide tailored support to children with SEN, we'd love to hear from you!
