Job Description

Coba Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join a vibrant Early Years Centre in Northampton. This is a full-time temporary position available immediately, continuing until the end of the current term.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.\n\n * \n\n Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that supports early development.\n\n * \n\n Assess, track, and report on pupils' progress in accordance with national standards.\n\n * \n\n Work collaboratively with nursery staff, teaching assistants, and parents to support children’s learning and well-being.\n\n * \n\n Maintain a well-organised classroom and manage behaviour in a positive and effective way.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential\n\n * \n\n Proven experience teaching within the EYFS setting\n\n * \n\n Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS Framework and best practices in early years education\n\n * \n\n Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills\n\n * \n\n Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Coba Education)\n\nWhy Work with Coba Education?\n\n * \n\n Dedicated and supportive team\n\n * \n\n Competitive rates of pay\n\n * \n\n Opportunities for ongoing placements and career development\n\n * \n\n Local work with a focus on tailored placements that suit your strengths and preferences\n\nIf you're an enthusiastic and caring EYFS teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in early education, we’d love to hear from you
