The role involves supporting several pupils with emerging social communication needs, as well as providing more focused support for a child with an EHCP related to emotional regulation and past trauma.\n The school is particularly eager to meet candidates with a strong EYFS background, Early Years qualifications, or previous experience supporting young children with additional needs.\n \n About the Role\n You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider EYFS team to help pupils feel emotionally secure, confident and ready to learn.
