EYFS Teaching Assistant - Tower Hamlets - September Start (Contracted Role)

A welcoming and well-established primary school in Tower Hamelts is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team from September on a contracted basis.

The Role: Full-time, term-time position starting September 2025

Working closely with the Reception teacher to support learning and development

Supporting individuals and small groups with phonics, early literacy, and play-based learning

Assisting with behaviour management, observations, and daily routines

Direct contract with the school

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working in an EYFS setting (school or nursery)

Confident supporting early phonics, communication, and social skills

A positive, proactive approach with excellent communication skills

Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare/education is desirable but not essential

Must hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS on the Update Service...
