Empowering Learning is working with a welcoming, inclusive mainstream primary school in Oldham with a strong Early Years ethos and well-established SEN support.

The school is seeking a Level 2 qualified Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil in EYFS with ASD and communication needs. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support learning through play, routines, and emotional regulation.

This role offers consistency, structure, and the opportunity to make a real impact early in a child's education.
