F5 Resident Engineer This role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site attendance required at locations in southern cities. The engineer will act as the day-to-day operational owner of the F5 estate, covering BAU operations, incidents, changes, and lifecycle support. Engineer Responsibilities Incident support and troubleshooting (P1-P3) BAU operations and service monitoring Configuration changes across LTM, DNS, ASM, and APM SSL certificate management and renewals WAF policy tuning and onboarding of partner services DNS/GSLB traffic steering and site failover support Support for upgrades, pre-prod testing, and production promotions Collaboration with internal customer and vendor teams Required Skills Mandatory: Senior-level experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM Strong hands-on experience with BIG-IP DNS/GSLB ASM (WAF) policy management and tuning APM/SSL VPN configuration and support Ability to read, troubleshoot, and modify
