As a Fabric Engineer you will be:

Supporting wet room maintenance and repairs such as shower repairs, trays, flooring, and wall panels
Plumbing including fixing leaks, taps, toilets, basins and pipework
Patch tiling and silicone sealing
Carpentry including door repairs, locks, hinges and handles
Responding to day-to-day maintenance call-outs
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

Proven experience doing general maintenance in hospitals or care homes
Multi trade experience, with the ability to undertake a range of building and maintenance tasks
Knowledge of building materials
Have an clean DBS or be able to do one
Haveyour own van
Have your own tools
The role is offering the following benefits:
