As the Fabric Production Manager, you will manage the daily requirements of the fabrics manufacturing department. The successful candidate will have a proven track recorded managing a technical and quality focused manufacturing fabric plant and will be able to show detailed knowledge in this area. Duties include: Direct daily management of the manufacturing departments within the Fabric's Division and the employees therein. Review fabric operator requirements through agreed planning to ensure best utilisation of machinery to achieve stock deadlines and specific targets. Drive performance on KPIs, namely: Improving quality Reducing waste Efficiencies Productivity Minimising out of stocks
