Salary: £35,000
Hours – Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM

PRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a Large Contract (3 to 4 sites) located in Battersea. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial or residential building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Fabric Technician currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £35,000 with a potential route into further career progression and training.

Duties:
- Basic Carpentry
- Painting & Decorating
- Basic Carpentry - Door handles, Door frames
- Basic lighting
- Fixing Furniture
- Hanging Pictures & Shelves
- Replacement of floor tiles (carpet ceramic)
- Replace suspended ceiling tiles and clean ceiling grilles
Requirements:
- City & Guilds– Bricklaying, Plastering, Tiling, Painting and Decoration
- Excellent customer service skills
