Fabric Technician Location: Watford Rate: £18.19 per hour PAYE / £23.69 per hour Umbrella

Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabric Technician to work within a high-profile site environment. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong fabric and carpentry background, delivering both reactive and planned maintenance works while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Respond to reactive maintenance works within agreed timescales Complete PPMs, reactive jobs and minor project works efficiently Liaise with client representatives regarding maintenance and repair tasks Carry out repairs to floor and wall coverings Complete ceiling tile repairs and replacements Undertake general building and installation works as required Carry out lighting maintenance including lamp changes Complete filter changes to AHUs and FCUs Undertake basic plumbing tasks Utilise a PDA to complete works, communications and updates Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with Health & Safety at Work Regulations Undertake any reasonable additional tasks as directed by the Technical Services Manager
