An excellent opportunity has arisen for a General Handyperson, working around Inverness for one of the UK's leading facilities management companies.
The Handyperson is a multi-site role offering building maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house. Experience working in commercial premises, particularly the retail sector, would be a distinct advantage.

The work consists of a mix of PPM and reactive building works internally and externally to include:
Bu i l d i n g
Roof - repair roof leaks and quarterly gutter and gully clearance
Brickwork - repairs to walls
Floor - repair vinyl and ceramic tiles
Car Park / yard works
Roller shutters - annual PPM and reactive repairs

Pa i nt i n g an d decorating
Carry out minor painting repairs

Plu m b i n g and drainage
Unblock drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks.
Repair leaking taps and washers.
