Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabrication/Welding Engineer located in Thame ,Oxon. Successful candidates will be responsible for fabricating high-performance exhaust systems, interpreting technical drawings, and collaborating with the design team to ensure precision and quality in production. The role also involves welding, machining, quality control, and contributing to the management and execution of engineering projects to meet deadlines and standards. Attention to detail and craftsmanship are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in TIG Welding and working with exotic materials such as Titanium, Inconel and stainless steel.
• Knowledge and experience in Mechanical Engineering and Welding and Fabrication
• Experience in working to Quality Control processes to ensure high production standards
• Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and coordinate efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in motorsport is an advantage but not critical.
