Recruitment Solutions in Exeter is working with a global leader in acoustic solutions, creating innovative products that transform spaces by reducing noise and enhancing design. Their Exeter facility is at the heart of our UK operations, and they are looking for dedicated Fabrication Operatives to join their growing team.

The Role

As a Fabrication Operative, you’ll play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring their products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

* Assembling, cutting, and finishing.

* Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

* Following health & safety procedures at all times.

* Supporting colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in a production/fabrication environment.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team

* Good communication skills

* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

* Reliability and a positive attitude

These positions are offered on either a permanent or temporary to permanent basis. The salary will be dependent on experience and in line with market rates. This will be in the region of £26,000 - £30,000.
