Shifts:

  • Monday Wednesday:2:00pm 12:00am

  • Thursday:2:00pm 11:30pm

  • Friday:Off (unless overtime available)

Elevata are seeking an experiencedFabrication Supervisorto lead a team within its fabrication department.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong fabrication knowledge alongside proven supervisory experience.

The Role

  • Supervising and supporting fabrication staff on shift

  • Hands-on MIG and TIG welding where required

  • Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met

  • Managing workflow, job priorities, and shift organisation

  • Enforcing health & safety procedures

  • Supporting and mentoring team members

Requirements

  • ProvenMIG & TIG welding experience

  • Previous experience in asupervisory or team leader role

  • Background within sheet metal or fabrication environments

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to lead from the front in a production setting
