We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor for a permanent, full-time position. In this role, you will lead a skilled team within a fast-paced environment, overseeing the entire fabrication process to ensure operations run efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for driving team performance, monitoring production output, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
