Fabrication & Welding Lecturer Full Time | Permanent | Yorkshire £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

We are working with a well-established college group based in Yorkshire that is seeking a passionate and industry-experienced Fabrication & Welding Lecturer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What You Will Do

Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in Fabrication and Welding within a workshop environment

Develop engaging schemes of work, lesson plans and practical learning resources

Assess learner work, provide timely feedback and maintain accurate progress records

Set and monitor SMART targets to support learner achievement and progression

Motivate and support FE learners in developing practical skills, technical knowledge and employability

Carry out internal verification/moderation and contribute to quality improvement processes

Participate in course promotion, recruitment activities and examination processes

Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and professional standards

What We're Looking For
