About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fabrication Workshop Manager to join our senior management team to oversee our engineering workshop. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on background in sheet metal work, with the ability to read engineering drawings. Experience in 2D CAD would be an advantage but not necessary. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a commitment to quality as well as health and safety standards.
