About the Employer Our client is a well-established engineering company based in the West Midlands, specialising in the design and manufacture of high-quality stainless steel conveyor systems. Supplying to the food production and processing industry, they are known for their precision, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they now seek a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join their dedicated team.
Role & Responsibilities Multi-skilled fabrication and MIG welding, primarily in stainless steel

Working from engineering drawings and technical specs

Using hand tools and standard fabrication machinery

On-site installation or adjustments in Telford (own transport required)

Ensuring welds meet food-grade quality standards

Ideal Candidate Proven MIG welding experienceWelding experience in stainless steel (food-grade) is preferable

Comfortable interpreting technical drawings and using hand tools

Flexible with travel to Telford (own car essential)

Disciplined and quality-focusedwearing PPE and following health & safety protocols
