We are seeking a skilled Fabricator / Panel Assembler to join our production team. This hands-on role involves the fabrication, assembly, and installation of copper busbars and wiring for electrical switchgear systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet design specifications and operational excellence.

Duties

Prepare, cut, shape, and assemble copper busbars to precise tolerances using tools such as bending machines, saws, and drills. Install and terminate electrical wiring in accordance with technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and customer specifications. Assemble mechanical components of switchgear units, including brackets, panels, and enclosures. Perform quality checks to ensure all connections, fittings, and components meet required standards. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to address technical challenges and suggest improvements. Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Requirements

Proven experience as a Wireman or in a similar electrical role - Desired Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety standards.
