Recruit4staff are representing a well-established fabrication specialist business in their search for a Fabricator Welder to work in Bromborough

Job Details:

Pay: £20.00 per hour (Overtime paid at time and a half and double time)

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday – 8:00am – 16:30pm, Friday – 8:00am – 15:30pm

Duration: Temporary (Ongoing)

Job Role: The Fabricator Welder will be responsible for carrying out light and heavy fabrication work on mild and stainless steel within a busy fabrication workshop environment. The Fabricator Welder will complete MIG and TIG welding tasks, working from detailed engineering drawings to produce structural and architectural steel components. Duties will include marking out, section cutting, sheet metal work, and fabrication of structural steel and pipework. The Fabricator Welder may also support occasional site work across manufacturing sites when required.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a Fabricator Welder or within a similar welding and fabrication role

Knowledge of light and heavy steel fabrication processes

Experience using hand and power tools within a fabrication environment

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Experience with TIG, MIG, structural steel, and mild steel welding

Site and workshop experience

City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Fabrication and Welding

Full UK Driving Licence

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

CSCS Card or CCNSG Passport

Welding codings
