This role is on a permanent basis and is site-based.The CompanyWere working with a manufacturer of bespoke equipment and assemblies serving a range of markets including Subsea, Nuclear, and Heavy Manufacturing.The RoleThis position is ideal for an experienced, hands-on Fabricator/Welder with supervisory experience who takes pride in high-quality workmanship. Youll be responsible for fabricating and welding to a high standardmainly MIG, with TIG skills an advantagewhile also leading a small team to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.The IndividualWere looking for people who have:Time-served experience in fabrication and weldingAbility to interpret detailed engineering drawingsProven supervisory experience (managing 56 team members)Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior managementThe BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate from £20.00 - £22.00 (dependent on experience)39-hour day shift, Monday to FridayOvertime Training and development opportunitiesSounds like you?
