Joloda Hydraroll is expanding its fabrication team due to continued growth and investment, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fabricator / Welder to join our modern Anglesey manufacturing facility. The Role

As a Fabricator / Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality fabricated components used within our loading systems. Working from technical drawings, you will ensure all work meets strict quality and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings

Carrying out MIG welding (with occasional TIG welding) on bespoke and production components

Using hand and power tools including 4.5” and 9” grinders

Deburring and finishing components using grinders, linishers and belt sanders

Inspecting finished work to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy

Supporting problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

What we’re looking for

The successful Fabricator / Welder will have experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment and take pride in producing high-quality work. xbpsjku

Essential requirements:

Level 3 Fabrication & Welding (City & Guilds) or equivalent qualification

Minimum 3 years’ experience following completion of an apprenticeship

Strong MIG welding and fabrication experience

Ability to work confidently from technical drawings

Experience using inspection tools such as verniers and gauges

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

A reliable, safety-conscious team player with a positive attitude

Shift Patterns Available

Day Shift Options

Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30

Friday: 08:00 – 14:00

OR

Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30

Friday: 07:00 – 12:30

Night Shift

Monday – Thursday: 16:30 – 01:00

Friday: 12:30 – 18:00

This is a full-time, permanent role based on-site at our Anglesey manufacturing facility, with all work completed on-site (no travel or site installations required).
