This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to join a company offering long-term stability, regular overtime, and a supportive team environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Fabricate metal components according to technical specifications and drawings\n\n * Assemble metal parts and structures using welding, grinding, and hand tools\n\n * Operate machinery for cutting, bending, and shaping metal\n\n * Carry out quality checks on completed work to ensure clients high standards are met\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Previous experience as a Metal Fabricator or in a similar role\n\n * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings\n\n * Confident using hand tools and fabrication machinery\n\n * Experience working with sheet metal is highly desirable\n\n * Skilled in grinding, TIG welding, and assembly techniques\n\n * Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship\n\nWorking Hours:\n\n * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30\n\n * Friday: 08:00 – 14:00\n\n * Day shift only\n\n * 25 days annual leave\n\n * Overtime and weekend work available (paid at 1.5x hourly rate)\n\nSalary:\n\n * £15.90 per hour (£31,418.40 per annum)\n\n * Overtime £23.85 per hour\n\n * Potential to work 10+ overtime hours to increase earnings further\n\n * Average metal worker earning £45k per annum\n\nProcess:\n\n * Discuss your CV and experience with CDM team\n\n * Attend on-site interview\n\n * Complete on-site skills test of assembly and welding\n\n * To apply, please submit your CV or get in touch for more information
