Fabricator – Day Shift Location: Telford Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–2:00pm (early finish)

We’re looking for an experienced Fabricator to join our team, working in a modern automotive manufacturing environment. This is a permanent, full-time role offering great work-life balance with day shifts and an early finish on Fridays.

The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Projects Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

* Planning and carrying out repairs on current equipment

* Supporting improvement projects across the site

* Welding and repairing guarding, platforms, and material handling equipment

* Collaborating with contractors and cross-functional teams on repairs and projects

* Designing and analysing repair/project options for best results

* Promoting and following all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies

About You We’re seeking someone with:

* Experience in a similar fabrication role

* Strong skills in MIG welding (TIG desirable)

* Knowledge of fabricating multi-metal components

* Ability to read and work from drawings/specifications

* Good problem-solving skills and a proactive, “can-do” attitude

* Eligibility to work in the UK
