Job Title: Fabricator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Irlam, Manchester
Salary: Circa £31,473 per annum

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator to join a well-established and growing manufacturer. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a long-term position with a reputable company after an initial probationary period.

Key Duties Will Include:
Operating machinery such as Laser, Nodi, Press Brake, Rolling machine, Seam welder, Load and off load device.
Grinding.
Laser cut parts to allocation.
Ensure that the work undertaken is completed efficiently and machine maintenance is carried out as per instruction.
Reporting all non-conforming parts/parts of poor quality to the supervisor.
Comply with the standards and procedures adopted by the company, comply with all health and safety mandates.
Complete all work within the given timeframe and to specification, complete all relevant quality checks and fulfil all recording requirements.
Complete assigned housekeeping activities ensuring a clean safe working environment, participation in activities associated around the manufacture of fan cases and embracing new technologies.Requirements:

Previous experience in a fabrication or similar role
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Good attention to detail and strong workmanship standards
Reliable, punctual, and a positive attitudeWhat’s on Offer:
