Façade Manager

Location: London Docklands

Salary: Up to £85,000 (DOE)

Project: 9-storey Data Centre (£230m | 3-year programme)


The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Façade Manager to join a major data centre project in London Docklands. This is a flagship, large-scale development offering the opportunity to work on a high-value, technically complex scheme within a fast-growing sector.

You will take ownership of the building envelope package from design coordination through to installation and handover, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full façade / building envelope package on site
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Oversee installation of cladding, curtain walling, and associated systems
  • Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme and budget
  • Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Manage subcontractor performance and site progress
  • Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed on site
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior project leadership
