English Tutor (Harrow, London)

We’re offering a quiet space to focus on what you love: bringing English to life for your students. Your work will be face-to-face tuition and marking – nothing else. No meetings, no endless paperwork. Just you, your subject, and students who actually want to learn.

When & Where:

Harrow, London – weekday evenings (4–6pm) or weekends (9am-12pm).

Pay:

Highly competitive for the right candidate from £50+ an hour.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Are passionate about English and want to pass that onto students you teach
• Love teaching small groups of students

Essential Criteria:

• A teaching qualification
• Experience working in a school
• Experience teaching up to and including GCSE level English
• All applicants must be willing to undergo safeguarding checks, an enhanced DBS check and have valid referees.

Desirable:

• GCSE examiner experience (any exam board).
• DBS (if you do not have a valid DBS, we can arrange for this).
