We are recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury skincare brand renowned for its heritage, innovation, and exceptional results. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new store launch , joining a prestigious team and playing a key role in establishing the brand in a new location.

The Role As a Facial Therapist, you will deliver high-performance treatments while providing a premium, results-driven customer experience. Working within a retail environment, you will combine expert skincare knowledge with strong sales ability to drive performance and build lasting client relationships from day one.

Key Responsibilities Deliver luxury facial treatments to an exceptional standard
Provide personalised skincare consultations and product recommendations
Drive retail sales through confident, tailored advice
Build and grow a loyal client base in a new store environment
Support the successful launch and ongoing success of the store
Maintain exceptional brand and treatment standards at all times
About You Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (essential)
Proven experience as a facial or spa therapist
Strong retail background with a passion for sales and customer experience
Passionate about skincare and delivering visible results
Professional, confident, and thrives in a luxury environment
