We are thrilled to be partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a proactive and highly organised Facilities Assistant to support the smooth running of their Inverness office. This role is essential in supporting their legal team both those based locally and visiting colleagues from other offices by delivering a wide range of administrative and facilities services. What Youll Do Provide administrative support to on-site and visiting colleagues as needed
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and third partiesvia email, phone, or in persondelivering a professional and proactive service
Answer incoming calls and manage reception duties
Set up meeting rooms and coordinate hospitality requirements
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
Complete printing, copying, and scanning tasks with attention to detail and deadlines
